Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint that allows positional and angular errors at a connection end of a connecting line and generates no stress on the connecting line. SOLUTION: The pipe joint 10 is connected in a procedure wherein a coupling nut 13 fitted about a female connecting piece 12 from the rear end side thereof is threaded onto an externally threaded portion 11B of a male connecting piece 11, and a small-diameter engaging step portion 13B is brought into contact with a large-diameter engaging step portion 12B of the female connecting piece 12 to thus press a taper portion 12C of the female connecting piece 12 on an abutting sphere portion 11C of the male connecting piece 11. The large-diameter engaging step portion 12B of the female connecting piece 12 with which the small-diameter engaging step portion 13B of the coupling nut 13 is brought into contact is spherically formed with a substantial center at the sphere center O of the abutting sphere portion 11C, so that the male and female connecting pieces 11 and 12 are connectable at an angle.
