Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frictionally joining structure of structural members composed of an aluminum alloy having a high slip factor. SOLUTION: Auxiliary materials 4 and 4 having a projecting part are arranged on a frictional contact plane of the structural members 2 and 2, splice plates 3 and 3 having a projecting part are arranged outside these materials, and are constituted so as to be fastened by a bolt 5 and a nut 6, and when a height of the projection port is h, a pitch of the same is P and a diameter of the bolt 5 is d, h/p=5.0 are satisfied, and the product of the hardness ratio Hr of Vickers hardness Hv2 of a projecting part formed member to Vickers hardness Hv1 of a projecting part unformed member when forming the projecting part only in one of adjacent two members, the hardness ratio Hr of the Vickers hardness Hv2 of a high hardness member to the Vickers hardness Hv1 of a low hardness member when forming the projecting part in both members and h/p is set so as to become 0.5 or more. |
