Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield machine in which a cutter bit used for excavation can be changed rapidly during pipe jacking. SOLUTION: The shield machine is constituted, including a spoke unit 60-1, which is installed to a cutter head 22 and in which at least one of a plurality of the cutter bits is fixed at a specified rotational-angle position, and a rotary driving device 27 rotating and driving the spoke unit 60-1, and the spoke unit 60-1 is turned so that a ground is excavated by using the cutter bit fixed to the spoke unit 60-1 under the specified pipe-jacking conditions.
