Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate an impact force properly even if an impact load in a direction other than the front of a vehicle is applied in a power plant. SOLUTION: A rear face bracket 135 fixed on the power plant 100 is provided by extending a basic part 143 fixed on a transmission rear face 111 by a bolt 141 and a pair of flange parts 145 substantially vertical to the basic part 143 at an end of the basic part 143, and both flange parts 145 are fixed on the power plant 100 in the direction in which they become vertical. Shaft holes 151 formed on side faces of both flange parts 145 and cutout grooves 157 having substantially V-shaped cross section between ends of the basic part 143 are provided in the vertical direction.
