Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method which can control the temperature of the mold surface of a resin mold, a cooling method which can cool the mold surface of the resin mold efficiently, and the resin mold. SOLUTION: In the method for controlling the temperature of the mold surface of the resin mold, heated or cooled gas is introduced from an opening on the side of the outer surface of the resin mold into a through passage formed in the resin mold to form openings in the mold surface and outer surface of the resin molding, the gas stream ejected from the opening on the side of the outer surface is contacted with the mold surface to control the temperature of the mold surface. In the method for cooling the mold surface of the resin mold, cooling gas is introduced from the opening on the side of the outer surface into the through passage so that the cooling gas stream is contacted with the mold surface.
