DATA REPRODUCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data reproducing device which can stably be operated even if a low speed, vibration-proof memory is used. SOLUTION: The data reproducing device is provided with: demodulation parts (103), (104) and (105) including correction processing parts reproducing signals at speed adjusted to the rotary speed of a disk and correcting errors; a memory control part (136) which once accumulates a demodulation result in the memory (105), reads necessary data from the memory (105) after a prescribed period and obtains reproduction output; and a data transfer circuit (130) for stopping correction processing with a stand-by command from a memory control part (136).
