Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to view on a communication network connection terminal an area-limited advertisement like a conventional newspaper leaftlet advertisement and to make users securely view the advertisement. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an advertisement information storage means 1 which previously stores advertisement information of an advertiser other than the provider of a terminal device 10 and an input interface 2 which receives user's operation. Further, the device has a communication means 3 which obtains contents on a communication network 40 (Internet) according to the user's operation and a display control means 4 which displays the advertisement information and the contents obtained from the Internet 40 on a display device D. The display control means 4 has a forcible advertisement display function which displays the advertisement information stored in the advertisement information storage means 1 at least once on the display device D after the main device is powered ON and before the contents obtained by the communication means 3 are displayed on the display device D.
