Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presenting method for a vacant seat retrieval condition and a seat reservation system which help a reserving person to find an alternative seat if the reserving person finds no desired seat when reserving a seat via a reservation screen. SOLUTION: This method has a stage where a seat reservation side generates and presents retrieval conditions for retrieving an alternative seat to the reserving side if a seat that the reserving person who tries to reserve a seat of facilities desires is not vacant although the the position of the desired seat is specified and a stage where the reserving person selects desired conditions and retrieves the alternative seat.
