Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately totalize the extent of viewer's response to a CM being broadcasted in real time. SOLUTION: This is a commercial message response researching method which researches the response of a customer 3 to the CM distributed from a broadcasting station 4 to the customer 3. Data broadcasting contents that the customer 3 can input response information showing the degree of the response to the CM are generated while made to correspond to the CM and the generated contents are transmitted to the broadcasting station 4 (step based upon a function F2). The response information to the CM which is sent form the customer 3 according to the data broadcasting contents distributed from the broadcasting station 4 to the customer 3 is received (step based upon a function F5).
