SOLUTION: This damper structural wall is formed by the portions surrounded by a column members 1 and beam members 2, one side of a pair of beam members 2 facing each other is rigidly jointed with one end 11a of at least one of brace members 11, its other end 11b is extended toward other beam member 2, vibration energy received relatively from other beam member 2 is made absorbable, and is connected to another beam member 2 via damping means 12 equipped with the damping damper 17, the portion surrounded by the column member 1 and beam member 2 has a concrete wall portion 18 inserting a brace member 11 and is arranged as a reinforcing function against a compressive force acting to the substantial wall function and brace member 11 in the characteristics.
