AQUEOUS POLYURETHANE RESIN SOLUTION AND AQUEOUS DISPERSION, AND THEIR PRODUCTION METHODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution or dispersion of a polyurethane resin containing sulfo groups in an arbitrary content, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This solution or dispersion is prepared by dissolving or dispersing, in water, a urethane resin which contains at least one compound selected from among compounds represented by formula (I) (wherein R1 to R4 are each a 1-4C linear or branched alkyl; R1 and R2 are each a 1-18C alkyl, alkylene or alkenyl and R3 and R4 are each a 5- or 6-membered cyclic aliphatic amine; or one to three of R1 to R4 are each a 1-18C alkyl, alkylene or alkenyl and one to three of the rest are each a 1-4C linear or branched alkyl) and formula (II) (wherein R1 is a 1-18C alkyl, alkylene or alkenyl; and R3 and R4 are each a 5- or 6-membered-heterocyclic compound).
