Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag opening device which can reduce the total height of the bag opening device, reliably cut and open the bag accommodating the powder, and prevent broken pieces of the bag from being mixed in the powder or granules. SOLUTION: The outside diameter D1 of a bottom part 5b of a bag-opening blade 5 is set to be smaller than the inside diameter D2 of a chute 4, and a flexible suspending member 15 connected to a flexible container 2 is suspended from an upper end of an erected frame 14 erected upward at an end of a horizontal frame 13 connected to a crane.
