Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer material which partially has a thin metal film layer having insulating properties and metallic gloss which is applicable to various processing conditions during in-mold molding and a molding of a complex shape and to produce the molding which is obtained by in-mold molding/ transferring the transfer material and excellent in friction resistance stably in a high yield. SOLUTION: In the transfer material for in-mold molding in which a mold release layer, a protective layer, an insulating then metal layer, a water-insoluble coating layer, and an adhesive layer are formed in turn on one side of a plastic film, and the thin metal film layer and the coating layer are formed partially, and a mold release anchor treatment layer s formed between the plastic film and the mold release layer.
