Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure various properties during machining, to allow further highly accurate machining using the properties for control of a machining condition, and to easily respond various kinds of machining in a precision machine tool. SOLUTION: A control device 20 is disposed in the precision machine tool. The control device comprises non-contact temperature sensors 10 and 11, a noncontact shape measuring sensor 12, a work reaction force measuring sensor 14, a tool reaction force measuring sensor 15, a tool tip position measuring sensor 13, and an analyzing model generating means 23 for generating respective analyzing models for a work 6 and a tool 5. The control device estimates a shape and a dimension of the work at a normal temperature based on properties such as present temperature distributions, shapes, and dimensions of the work and the tool, the tool tip position, and a vibration state that are measured by respective sensors and the analyzing model, estimates an abrasion amount and a tip position of the tool after a predetermined period, and controls the machining condition based on both estimations.
