Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange the constitution such that the control part for an output stage being used to supply power to the unit for cooling the output stage during operation corresponds generally to environmental conditions, and that the overload of an output stage does not occur by excessively large power loss in case that the ambient temperature is higher than it. SOLUTION: This is a control method by the pulse width modulation by controlling an output stage so that the power loss at the output stage may be small in case that the temperature of the output stage is high, and controlling it so that the power loss may be larger in case that the temperature of the output stage is low.
