Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell with a simple structure in which sufficient air is supplied so that oxygen may contact with the oxygen electrode efficiently and the electricity generating efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: The fuel cell comprises an oxygen electrode plate 21 which has plural openings 22, 23 formed by a lattice 24 and an air passage forming plate 26 which has plural openings 29 formed by a lattice 30. The oxygen electrode plate and the air passage forming plate are adhered closely so that each of the plural openings formed on the oxygen electrode is communicated with two or more of the plural openings formed on the air passage forming plate and that each of the plural openings formed on the air passage forming plate is communicated with two or more of the plural openings of the oxygen electrode plate, and the air passages are formed between these plates.
