AIR CONDITIONING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning apparatus capable of reducing noise, and preventing deterioration and troubles from happening, and further shortening accumulated actuation time within a predetermined period. SOLUTION: A cooling apparatus A is provided which includes a freezing cycle 10 where there can be cooled air in a building of a bureau, in which a heating radio apparatus is installed, a room temperature set switch for setting a target room temperature, a room temperature sensor 81, a refrigerant temperature sensor 82, a fresh air temperature sensor 83, and a control unit 8 in which once detected room temperature rises beyond (target room temperature and a differential value), it actuates the freezing cycle 10 while the detected room temperature lowers below the target room temperature, it interrupts the actuation of the freezing cycle 10. In the apparatus, the differential value is more increased as the set target room temperature becomes lower.
