Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset symmetric link for a crawler chain assembly and a relevant subassembly. SOLUTION: This link 128 has a first side face, a second side face, a first opening 136 penetrating the side faces, and a second opening 138 penetrating the side faces. The link 128 includes a first extension member 140 and a second extension member 142 extending outward from the first side face of a body member. The second extension member 142 is disposed apart from the first extension member 140. The body member has a track face and a shoe face. The center axis penetrates the track face and the shoe face at about 90 deg. between the track face and the center axis and between the shoe face and the center axis. The first opening 136 is offset from the second opening 138 and is not on the same plane. The second extension member 142 and a forth extension member are disposed between the first opening 136 and the second opening 138.
