SOLUTION: It is judged as a part of a vehicle, especially an engine main body is flooded (S109, S113, S114, S117) at the time when variation of tank internal pressure PTANK (=\|PTANK-PTRIV\|) becomes more than specified variation DPTRIV and engine water temperature TW is lowered lower than a specified temperature value DTWADRIV. Additionally, it is judged as the fuel tank is flooded when the tank internal pressure PTANK is lowered lower than specified judging pressure PTNEGA04.
