Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the purification or the classification of fine particles with a very simple device. SOLUTION: A fine particle dispersion 6 is prepared by dispersing the fine particles 6a having ununiform particle diameter in a solvent 6b. When the fine particle dispersion 6 is poured into a vessel 2 above a mesh filter 5, an ultrasonic vibrator 3 is started. As a result, the ultrasonic vibration is transferred to an inside vessel 2 and further to the fine particle dispersion 6 through water in an outside vessel 1 to prevent the clogging of the mesh filter 5 due to the fine particles. Then, the filtration of the fine particle dispersion 6 is performed smoothly in spite of the very simple device.
