Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television program providing system where a user utilizes a network to designate a desired television program, and pays a prescribed charge so as to view the desired television program at a desired time. SOLUTION: The television program providing system consists of a user terminal 11, a service enterprise terminal 12, a television station terminal 13 and a network 21. The user designates a desired television program via the network so as to freely view the television program even at the out-zone of the broadcast time of the television program, the television station can individually collect the charge from users viewing the television program so as to provide the television program on a pay-per-view basis.
