Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for photographing a mobile body, a photographing device and a photographing monitor system by which the entire system cost can be decreased, a sharp color image of a mobile body can be reliably obtained and the mobile body can be securely monitored. SOLUTION: Image data within a photographing range that are continuously photographed at all times are endlessly and consecutively written in storage areas, and the image data having endlessly been written in the recording area by the amount of data photographed from a time T2 after the detection of the mobile body 1 until a time being traced back by a time T3 are acquired as image data when photographing the mobile body 1.
