SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MOBILE TELEPHONE TERMINAL CONTRACT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for mobile telephone terminal contract which enable a user who owns a mobile telephone terminal to easily make a contract and cancel it anytime. SOLUTION: This contract system issues a telephone number for a mobile telephone terminal with no telephone terminal that a contract wisher buys by using an on-line contract server 10 for the mobile telephone terminal. This server is equipped with a receiving means 11 which allows the contract wisher for a mobile telephone terminal to connect through a network and receives specific information 51 including contract conditions and personal information from the contract wisher, an authenticating performance means 12 which sends the personal information received by the receiving means 11 to an individual authenticating means 30 connected through the network to perform identification 52, and a number acquiring means 13 which sends the specific information 51 and identification information 53 to a number issue center 40 of the mobile telephone company on condition that the authenticating means 12 identifies the wisher, receives a telephone number 54 and a keyword 55 for the contract wisher from the number issue center 40, and sends the telephone number 54 and keyword 55 to the contract wisher.
