Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni plated steel sheet for a positive electrode can having a surface to become an inner surface of the can bringing about a good battery characteristic in an alkaline manganese battery and the manufacturing method, and the positive electrode can using it. SOLUTION: This has an Fe-Ni diffusion layer which yields a coating amount which of 1 to 9 g/m2 as Ni on the surface to become the inner surface of the can, and a Ni plated steel sheet having numerous concaves of crack state on the surface of this Fe-Ni diffusion layer is made. This Ni plated steel sheet can be produced by forming the Fe-Ni diffusion layer which has numerous concaves of crack state on the surface by performing a heat treatment after plating Ni of 1 to 9 g/m2 on a surface of one side of the steel sheet. As for the Ni plated steel sheet having the surface like this, the concaves of the crack state are retained even after a press working, or the positive electrode can which has a high potential of a battery characteristic is provided by being partly extended and enlarged. A surface to become an outer surface of the positive electrode can has Ni not less than 12 g/m2, and it is desirable that the Fe-Ni diffusion layer is formed at a part of this Ni in order to give a good corrosion resistance to the outer surface. |
