SOLUTION: In the flat-type cable wherein plural paired strand wires 4 are arranged in parallel and wherein these are integrated by covered layers 6, outer coatings 5 are formed on circumferences of respective paired strand wires 4 to constitute covered wire materials 4a to 4d, and the outer coatings 5 are partly jointed with each other by heat welding parts 7 among covered wire materials 4a to 4d, and covered layers 6 of cables are constituted by this.
