ELECTRONIC APPLICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize application and confirmation for application receipt by an electronic application system between an applicant and an application receptionist in an application task and the like. SOLUTION: The receptionist predetermines an application format for processing the application task, taking into consideration the efficiency for application task processing and the like. At application time, information of characteristic value and the like is applied at first as an earlier application information. Materials related to an electronic application is sent, as needed, as computerized or a mail, and the materials is attached with a code identifier so that they can be identified. The receptionist accepts the applied earlier application information and the electronic application, to confirm those contents as data, and likewise, proceeds task processing for the documents of the electronic application. At task processing, the receptionist renews a file controlling the processing status.
