MAGNIFYING GLASS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnifying glass suitable for an outdoor use. SOLUTION: The magnifying glass is constituted of a housing 10, a hanging member 20, a movable supporting body 30 and a lens. The housing 10 is provided with a pair of storing members 11 and 12 which are relatively and rotatably connected at the base parts 11a and 12a and formed so as to be opened/closed facing each other, and a recessed part 11h is formed on the confronted face 11c of the 1st storing member 11, that is, at least one of the storing members so as to form a prescribed storing part when both storing members 11 and 12 are closed, the hanging member 20 is arranged on one of the storing members 11 and 12, for example on the 1st storing member 11, the base part of the movable supporting body 30 is connected to at least one of the storing members, for example, to the 1st storing member 11, and the supporting body 30 is temporarily held at a prescribed rotating angle when both storing members 11 and 12 are open, and the lens is fixedly or attachably/ detachably mounted on the movable supporting body 30.
