Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively removing remaining butylamine distributed in nitric acid solution phase of two-phase system solvent regeneration-processed with butylamine washing agent, after being used in a nuclear fuel reprocessing process and provide a safe technology means which is effective for process-controlling butylamine in nuclear fuel reprocessing proc ess with it. SOLUTION: The regeneration method for the two-phase system solvent has the two-phase system solvent of organic solvent phase/nitric acid solution phase used for solvent-extracting uranium, plutonium and fission products being processed in a cleaning agent, consisting of butylamine for regenerating the organic solvent in the nuclear fuel reprocessing process, distributed in the nitric acid solution phase and that the remaining butylamine is oxidized and electrochemically resolved to carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen dioxide, using divalence silver ion as catalyst to be removed.
