SOLUTION: The method for precipitating the ultra-fine zinc oxide particle in an electrolyte of a cathode side, after steps of partitioning an electrolytic cell 5 with ion exchange layers 8 and 9, pouring an electrolyte including a zinc ion into an anode side, and moving the ultra-fine zinc oxide particle from the anode side to the cathode side through the ion exchange layers by applying a voltage between an anode 7 and a cathode 6, includes controlling an acid concentration of the anode side electrolyte in a range of 0. 001 to 3 normal.
