Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice seed treating agent effective for the control of rice blast on a paddy rice field as well as on a nursery bed by the treatment of rice seed before sowing and enabling the control of soil-borne diseases (e.g. damping-off of rice seedling) and bacterial diseases (e.g. bacterial damping-off of rice seedling and bacterial grain rot) in raising seedling stage. SOLUTION: The objective agent is produced by using (1RS,3SR)-2,2-dichloro- N-[1-(4-chlorophenyl)ethyl]-1-ethyl-3-methylcyclopropanecarboxamide or N-[1-(2,4- dichlorophenyl)ethyl]-2-cyano-3,3-dimethylbutanamide as the active compound.
