PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which shortens time required for packaging and can save a packaging material while the bag reliably protects a transfusion bag (article) including a bulkhead, with which a plurality kinds of liquids can be separately and together received to prevent the liquids from being altered due to reactions among the liquids before use. SOLUTION: A cushion sheet 2 made of a plastic foam is placed on an interior of a bottom of an outer packaging box 1 comprising a corrugated fiberboard as a material. A partitioning member 3 is put on the sheet 2 to form small spaces 5 for receiving articles 4. The partitioning member 3 comprises two side plates 3a made of the corrugated fiberboard placed at a distance to align with inner opposite surfaces of the outer packaging box 1 and a required number of partitions 3b comprising the corrugated fiberboard as a material extending between opposite surfaces of the side plates 3a while the side plates 3a and the partitions 3b are fixed to one another.
