PENPOINT OF BALLPOINT PEN AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a penpoint of a ballpoint pen which supplies ink smoothly to a ball without impeding guiding of the ink and makes the following property of the ink excellent and which prevents lowering of the ink due to an impact or to leaving the penpoint upward. SOLUTION: An ink guiding core is positioned in the opening part of the rear end of a metal thin tube by calking at least one place of the peripheral wall of the rear end of the tube. The ballpoint pen tip thus prepared is pressed-in and fixed in the opening part of the fore end of a tip holder, while an ink relay core is inserted into and fixed in the opening part of the rear end of the tip holder so that the fore end part thereof presses the ink guiding core to make it advance.
