Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord fastener that can be easily withdrawn and reinserted in temporarily installed state and is thereafter capable of being secured so firmly that the fastener will not come off. SOLUTION: The cord fastener is provided at the upper end of a wall face contact portion 2 thereof with a head 3 swelled forward, and an insert pin 10 is buried in the head so that the pin is protruded from the wall face contact portion 2 at a substantially right angle. Further, an inclined insertion hole 9 is formed in the head. The wall face contact portion 2 is provided at the lower end thereof with an overhanging bottom portion 4 having a front wall portion 5 including an inward overhanging portion 6. Thus, the cord fastener is provided with a cord inserting portion 7 and a cord clamping portion 8. The cord fastener 1 temporarily installed by the insert pin 10 is secured by a pin 11 inserted into the inclined insertion hole 9.
