Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a pre-registration of a position information of a base station 200, by storing a position information (latitude and longitude information, address code or zip code) to a 'being-in-range' position holding server 400 with the burgeoning in either of messages for transmission request of for channel switching, or for position registration request. SOLUTION: A base station 200 comprises a message receiving means receiving messages from a communication terminal 100 and a notifying means notifying a position information to the server 400 when the message is received. The server 400 comprises a storage means storing an identifying number of the terminal 100 and, or the position information.
