SOLUTION: In this photograph seal automatic selling method and its automatic vending machine, a subject is illuminated at least with a stroboscopic lighting means and the subject is image-picked up with a camera on the basis of coin insertion into a coin processing means and an input operation by an inputting means, the entire brightness of the camera output image is allowed to be changed with a brightness changing means, display an image subjected to image pickup is displayed with a displaying means, also the photograph seal is printed with a printer to be ejected and the life of the stroboscopic lighting means is detected with a stroboscopic life detecting means.
