Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant operation monitoring computer system to stably renew a operation monitoring computer system from an existing operation monitoring computer system and to possibly shorten renewal work period. SOLUTION: In characteristics of the invention, one of the controllers 10 being at stop among a plurality of controllers 10 is connected to one side of the duplicated new communication control devices 4 and puts itself under the control of the new operation monitoring computer 1. The controller 10 makes test-operation to drive plant equipment 12 and transmits plant data to the new operation monitoring computer 1. The controller 10 is also connected to one side of the existing communication control devices 9 after test-operation and puts itself under the control of the existing operation monitoring computer 9.
