Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film carrier gasket consisting of such a composite structure that an elastomeric material is consolidated with a thin-film carrier whereby sealing is established through safe and certain fixation. SOLUTION: The gasket of composite structure is formed by consolidating the elastomeric material with a film, in which a sealing material 2 having different hardness or consisting of different stoft is provided fast to the film 1 having small thickness. Thereby the shape of the seal member can be maintained while the sealing performance be enhanced, and also it is possible to suppress the cost and reduce the weight.
