Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required to exchange kinds of cylindrical pipes on a cylindrical pipe edge cutting device to cut edge parts of the cylindrical pipes of various kinds different in diameter in sectional types. SOLUTION: The edge parts of the cylindrical pipes 19 are cut in the sectional shapes between rotating blades 18, 22 and fixed blades provided on outer peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical pipes 19 by fixing a plural number of the rotating blades 18, 22 different in radius from each other which are in conformity with a plural number of kinds of the cylindrical pipes different in diameter from each other with constant intervals in the longitudinal direction of a shank 16 screwed and fixed on a spindle 17 and rotating inside of the cylindrical pipes 19.
