Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferably transport a liquid food through a pipeline without clog ging the pipeline with solid components in the liquid food nor causing the col lapse of the solid components. SOLUTION: This method for transporting liquid food through a pipeline is characterized in that in transporting the liquid food containing solid component through the pipeline, a thickener having reversible gel performances is added to the liquid food containing the solid component. The food is adjusted to 500-10,000 viscosity and transported in the pipeline retained at 5-30 deg.C.
