SOLUTION: The power of night commercial power source is converted into DC by means of a power rectifier 42 (converter) and is accumulated in a storage battery 44. For use during the daytime, it is converted into an AC power source in the same form as the commercial power source, using a power inverter 43, so as to be used as a commercial power source.
