Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing member of a solar cell that can be fused and formed in a film, can be bonded to various kinds of substrates of the solar cell for ultraviolet hardening, and has excellent transparency and protection operation. SOLUTION: This sealing member for an ultraviolet hardening solar cell sets ethylene-family polymer (A) having a glycidyl(meta)acrylate unit to a skeleton, and is composed of ultraviolet hardening ethylene-family polymer where carboxylic acid having a functional group that is selected from a group consisting of styril, cinnamyl, and cinnamylidene groups or its functional derivative (B) is grafted.
