INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM AND TRANSFER SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet capable of readily forming a structure, improving the durability of a hologram or the like and facilitating the observation of a record on a re-writable layer, on a substrate, in an information recording medium provided with a light diffraction structure, such as the hologram or the like, and the re-writable layer which are formed on the substrate so as to be superposed. SOLUTION: The purpose can be achieved by the information recording medium provided on the substrate 1 with an adhesive agent layer 7, a light reflective layer 2, the light diffraction structure 3, the re-writable layer 5 and a protective layer 6 which are laminated sequentially. On the other hand, the transfer sheet for preparing the information recording medium is obtained by forming the protective layer 6, the re-writable layer 5, the light diffraction structure 3, the light reflective layer 2 and the adhesive agent layer 7 sequentially on a sheet.
