Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record an auscultatory sound with high reliability corresponding to a proper place on the surface of a patient and to facilitate recording work and reproduction work. SOLUTION: A first unit (1001) is equipped with an electrostethograph (10) for outputting an auscultatory sound signal and a computer (1006) recording the auscultatory sound signal continuously collected by the electrostethograph as one file and adding proper place discrimination data showing the proper place on the surface of the patient to one file. A second unit (1002) is equipped with a display device (2006a) for displaying the proper place discrimination data by a predetermined format and a headphone (2004) for outputting the auscultatory sound signal by a sound corresponding to the display of the display device.
