Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electromagnetic-acoustic transducer with high sound pressure which has high fixing strength of an elastic member and a transducer main body without exerting adverse effects on the acoustic properties of the transducer main body. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic-acoustic transducer 1 is composed of: a diaphragm 20 formed of magnetic material; a coil 23 for supplying an oscillating magnetic field to the diaphragm 20; an upper housing 10 and a lower housing 30 which house the diaphragm 20 and the coil 23 and has sounding apertures 11 for emitting sound generated from the diaphragm 20 to the outside; a gasket 86 for guiding the sound from the sounding apertures 11; and a band member 90, etc., which winds and fixes the gasket 86 and the housings 10 and 30.
