Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently digitize a large quantity of X-ray photographic images with respect to an X-ray photograph digitizing device which automatically perform digitization processing of X-ray photographic images recorded on an X-ray film. SOLUTION: The X-ray photograph digitizing device digitizes X-ray photographic images by collectively photographing X-ray photographic images 12 recorded on an X-ray film 11 by a digital camera 16 in the unit of images and is provided with a film feed mechanism 15 which performs feed processing of the X-ray film 11, photo sensors 10 and 21 which detect X-ray photographic image 12, a feed extent measuring sensor 22 which measures the extent of feed of the X-ray film 11, and a controller 19 which positions an X-ray photographic images 12 in a prescribed image pickup area 13 on the basis of the X-ray photographic images 12 detected by photo sensors 20 and 21 and the extent of film feed measured by the feed extent measuring sensor 22.
