SOLUTION: Minute elements 7a, 7b which are formed with small particles 3a1 smaller than particles 3a of an electrolyte board 3 are installed in a periphery and an outer circumference of the electrolyte board in which an electrolyte 3b is soaked, while being arranged oppositely to manifolds 6A, 6B. With this, by suppressing movement of the electrolyte 36, a drop of voltage is prevented, and by thus obtaining a predetermined voltage, long life of the fuel cell is attained. |
