SOLUTION: Image information provided with publication propriety information and retrieval information from an image provider terminal 2 is received in a digital album registering and publicizing terminal 3, the received image information is stored as a digital album, matching image information is retrieved in the digital album based on retrieval request information from an image user terminal 4 and the one which can be publicized of the retrieved image information is transmitted to the image user terminal 4.
