Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the conventional devices that any labor is required since an origin restoring operation is performed by an operator and any trouble is generated due to the non-execution of the origin restoring operation in an equipment device which is equipped with a mobile body to be positioning-controlled with an origin position as a reference for restoring the mobile body to the origin position at starting of an operation. SOLUTION: This equipment device is provided with mobile bodies 2, 17, 19, and S to be positioning-controlled with an origin position as a reference, so that the mobile objects can be restored to the origin position at starting of an operation. In this case, this equipment device is constituted, so that the mobile objects can be automatically restored to the origin position at the starting of an operation.
