Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of a flicker and a luminance inclination by making it easy to set desired storage capacity and reducing wiring capacitance of gate lines and drain lines. SOLUTION: Plural gate lines and plural drain lines are disposed in a matrix shape and a tin film transistor is disposed at each intersection part of each gate line and each drain line. A pixel electrode ITO1 driven by the thin film transistor and consisting of a transparent conductive layer is formed in a region enclosed by two gate lines and two drain lines and a liquid crystal layer LC is interposed between one substrate SUB1 having a storage line STL formed in a lower layer of the pixel electrode via an insulating layers SiN and PAS and the other substrate SUB2 having a common electrode ITO2 between the substrate SUB2 and the pixel electrode, for forming an electric field to control alignment direction of the liquid crystal layer LC and consisting of a transparent conductive layer. A retention capacitance Cstg is formed between the storage line STL and the pixel electrode ITO1 and an opening ALC is provided at a part of a portion opposed to the storage line STL of the pixel electrode ITO1 and the retention capacitance Cstg is set up by the size of the opening ALC. |
