SOLUTION: In the method for dehydrating the organic sludge, then incinerating the dehydrated sludge and melting the incineration ash, the incineration ash impregnated with the chloride of alkaline metal and/or the chloride of alkaline earth metal is loaded into a gyrating flow-type melting furnace 41 and melted.
